Welcome to Plinkzy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Plinkzy platform — including bio pages, link management, QR code generation, and URL shortening — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you are using Plinkzy on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Plinkzy provides users with tools to:

  • Create and customise personal or business bio pages
  • Shorten and manage URLs
  • Generate QR codes linked to their content
  • Track link analytics and visitor data

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Plinkzy is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Plinkzy to:

  • Share, distribute, or link to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Distribute spam, malware, or phishing links
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform without written permission
  • Use the platform to infringe the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create and publish through Plinkzy. By using our platform, you grant Plinkzy a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and design elements of Plinkzy are the property of Plinkzy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Plinkzy may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

8. Privacy

Your use of Plinkzy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process data as described in that policy, in compliance with applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plinkzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid to Plinkzy in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plinkzy is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Plinkzy may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Plinkzy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Refund Policy

1. Overview

Plinkzy operates on an annual subscription model. We want you to feel confident when purchasing a plan, which is why we offer a short satisfaction window immediately after sign-up.

2. Free Plan

The free plan carries no cost and is not eligible for any refund.

3. Paid Subscriptions — Refund Window

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee counted from the date of your initial purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within those first 14 days. After the 14-day window has passed — regardless of how much time remains on your annual subscription — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy exists because Plinkzy offers annual plans at a significantly discounted rate. The 14-day window gives you sufficient time to evaluate all features of the platform before committing.

4. Renewal Refunds

Annual subscription renewals are non-refundable. We send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before any charge is processed, giving you time to cancel if needed. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The 14-day refund window has expired, regardless of how much time remains on your annual plan
  • You forgot to cancel before the annual renewal date
  • You no longer use the service but did not cancel in time
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • You are requesting a partial refund for unused months remaining in your subscription

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible window, email us at contact@plinkzy.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your request

We will respond within 3 business days and, if approved, process the refund within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unresolved chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
